Merge PDF

Combine several PDF files into one document in the order you choose. Runs entirely in your browser, so nothing is uploaded and there is no file limit per day.

Add PDF files

Files are processed in your browser and are never uploaded to a server.

How to use

Pick two or more PDF files, or add them one batch at a time. Each file shows its page count as soon as it is read, and the total at the bottom tells you how long the merged document will be. Use the arrows to change the order and the remove button to drop a file you added by mistake, then press Merge and download the result.

Unlike most online PDF mergers, this tool never sends your files anywhere. The merging is done by your browser using pdf-lib, so contracts, invoices, medical records and anything else confidential stay on your machine. That also means there is no queue, no daily limit and no watermark; the only constraint is your computer's memory, which is why files are capped at 50 MB each.

Password-protected PDFs cannot be merged until the password is removed, because the tool cannot read their pages. Open such a file in a PDF viewer, print or save it without the password, and try again. Files that are not valid PDFs (for example a Word document renamed to .pdf) are rejected with a message naming the file.

Form fields, bookmarks and links are copied along with the pages, but interactive forms with the same field names in two source files may not behave as expected after merging. If the result matters, check it in your PDF viewer before sending it on.
