Rotate, Delete and Reorder PDF Pages

Load a PDF and each page appears as a numbered card in the original order. Rotate a page left or right in 90-degree steps as many times as needed, remove pages you do not want, and move pages up or down to change the order. The counter shows how many of the original pages are still in the document, and Reset puts everything back the way it was.

Rotation is applied on top of whatever rotation the page already carries, so a scan that was saved sideways and turned once more still ends up the right way round. Deleting a page here only affects the exported copy; your original file on disk is untouched, so it is safe to experiment.

Your document never leaves your computer. The file is read into browser memory and the new PDF is assembled there with pdf-lib, which is why this tool works for sensitive material such as ID scans, signed contracts and payroll documents that you would not hand to an upload-based service. There is no page limit beyond your machine's memory, and files up to 50 MB are accepted.

Password-protected PDFs must be unlocked first, since the tool cannot read their pages. Because pages are rendered as numbered cards rather than thumbnails, keep the original open in a viewer if you need to check what is on a given page before removing it. At least one page must remain to export.
