How to use

Pick the zone and time you are starting from, then add the cities you want to compare. Each one shows the converted local time, whether it lands on the previous or next day, its offset from UTC and a marker telling you if that time falls inside normal working hours (09:00 to 18:00). The starting point is filled in with your browser's zone and the current time, and you can change either.

The meeting finder underneath takes the same set of zones and walks through the 24 hours of the chosen day in the source zone. Hours where every zone is between 08:00 and 20:00 are highlighted, so you can see at a glance whether a call between, say, Seoul, Berlin and New York is possible at all, and where the least painful slot sits. Hover over a cell to see the local hour in each city.

Zone names follow the IANA database, such as Asia/Seoul or America/New_York. Type a city into the search box to find one. Daylight saving is handled by your browser's own time zone data, so the offsets are correct for the specific date you picked, not just today; check a date in July and one in January and you will see zones like London or New York shift by an hour.

The list of zones comes from your browser. Older browsers that cannot supply the full list fall back to a built-in set of about sixty major cities. Nothing you enter is sent to a server.
